R.O.I. Home Improvements, Inc. is now specializing in Screen Room systems, and product only for new construction. We are no longer able to offer installation of windows and doors. If you purchased windows or doors from us in the past, you manufacturer warranty is still in full force. For service, we have always acted as an intermediary for the manufacturers. We contacted the manufacturer, filled out the warranty service request on your behalf, and basically monitored the service to make sure they stayed on task. The manufacturer furnished the parts at no cost for all warranty failures, and dispatched their own employees to complete the labor portion. However, now you will need to reach out directly to the manufacturer. In my experience, and feedback from customers, the service personnel are very knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated. I have no doubt they will continue to take good care of you moving forward.

When we sold you the windows, we probably told you that the reason we went with these manufacturers were their exceptional product, reasonable pricing, beauty of the product, and that God Forbid, something happen to us, the lifetime warranty was with the manufacturer so you are covered if we are ever not able to. Well, we were the last people to ever expect not being able to service you for many many years. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for trusting us with your homes, and I am so very sorry for the extra steps for you moving forward.
